Connective tissue diseases come diseases involving the disorder of the person's connective tissues. Connective tissue is any type of biological tissue with an extensive extracellular matrix & often serves to trend lines, attach together, and protect organs.
Various connective tissue conditions develop been described, these may be each transmissible & environmental:
Marfan syndrome - a genetic disease inducing abnormal fibrillin.
Scurvy - caused by the dietetical deficiency within vitamin C, leading to abnormal collagen.
Ehlers-Danlos syndrome - a genetic disease causing progressive deterioration of collagens, by having different EDS types affecting different web sites in the person, like joints, heart valves, organ bulwarks, arterial bulwarks, etc.
Osteogenesis imperfecta (brittle bone disease) - caused by deficient production of serious quality collagen to create fit, heavy bones.
